• Lead day-to-day activities of sales representatives in assigned channels.
• Define and implement sales processes and strategies to drive outcomes.
• Analyze territory data to identify growth opportunities for sales and revenue growth.
• Spend time in the field to resolve escalated issues with customers and partners.
• Coach and develop the sales team for career growth and performance.
• Forecast and report on sales and pricing activities and tactics.
• Travel >50% as required.
