Job summary

VSF Rentals in Piqua, OH seeks a motivated Renovation Technician with carpentry, light electrical and light plumbing experience to join our full-time team. You’ll perform unit turns, interior upgrades, and exterior maintenance across our rental properties.

Requirements: high school diploma and 2 years in construction or trade training (or 2+ years experience). Able to travel up to 60 miles, lift 80 lbs, and work 50+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 2 years in construction or trade training, or 2+ years experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit turns and interior upgrades.
• Handle exterior maintenance and repairs.
• Travel up to 60 miles between jobs in a company vehicle.
• Lift and carry at least 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 20 ft.
• Work a schedule of 50+ hours per week with 8 am start times.
