Job summary

VSF Rentals is seeking a motivated Renovation Technician to perform comprehensive property renovations for residential and commercial units. The role requires carpentry, light electrical and plumbing skills, with travel up to 60 miles between jobs from Piqua, OH.

You’ll have access to company tools and a company vehicle (insurance-qualifying) and be paid bi-weekly at $25.00–$35.00 per hour. Typical hours start at 8:00 am, ending around 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential Saturdays as

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years in a trade or on-the-job training in construction or 2+ years experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Unit turns, interiors: repairs and upgrades prior to move-in, including trash-out, painting, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, finish carpentry, light electrical & plumbing, cosmetic installs.
• Exterior maintenance: window/door repair or replacement, gutter repair, lighting upgrades.
