Job summary

VSF Rentals is seeking a motivated property Renovation Technician to join our team in Piqua, OH. This full-time role involves unit turns, interior improvements, and exterior maintenance across a multi-county area.

You will perform carpentry, light electrical, and light plumbing tasks, complete kitchen and bath remodels, install flooring and finishes, and ensure quality workmanship. Expect travel up to 60 miles and a start time near 8:00 am, with bi-weekly pay and overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 2 years of trade-specific or on-the-job training in construction or 2 years minimum experience in a similar field.
• Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finish carpentry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit turns with repairs and upgrades to prepare units for new tenants.
• Handle exterior maintenance including window/door work and lighting upgrades.
• Travel up to 60 miles in a single direction between jobs using a company vehicle.
• Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels, finishes, and related installations.
• Follow safety guidelines and pass background and health screenings.
