Job summary

Tigua Inc. seeks a Superintendent to lead daily field execution of a major renovation at a federal training facility in Georgia.

You will own the schedule, coordinate all trades, and serve as the primary on-site point of contact for COR and facility stakeholders while maintaining operations in an occupied site. The role requires eight years of progressive supervision, including five years as lead superintendent, with proven ability to coordinate multiple trades, manage CPM schedules, and ensure

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive supervision, 5 years as lead Superintendent.
• Renovation work in occupied facilities with continued operations.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification (current).
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification current.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site construction operations, self-performed work and subs.
• Lead daily coordination huddles and weekly foreman meetings.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedule and look-ahead plans.
• Maintain site safety, access control, and dust/noise management.
• Coordinate with COR and facility staff for outages and turnover.
