Job summary

Tigua Inc. on Saint Simons Island, GA is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site renovation operations within an occupied federal facility.

You will own the schedule, coordinate trades, manage CPM progress, and serve as the primary field contact for COR and facility stakeholders. The role requires eight years of supervision, a degree, OSHA 30, and the ability to maintain safety and compliance while coordinating sensitive government projects.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive construction supervision experience.
• Five+ years as the lead Superintendent with total field responsibility.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on occupied, operating facilities.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Safety certification (current).
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily on-site operations and coordinate trades and subcontractors.
• Lead daily huddles, manage CPM schedule, and recovery plans for delays.
• Maintain site control in occupied facilities and ensure safety protocols.
• Interface with COR, provide progress reports, and manage turn‑over readiness.
