Job summary

Main Street Renewal is seeking a Renovation Superintendent in Nashville to independently inspect, repair, and bid renovations for MSR homes. You will oversee vendors, manage timelines, ensure quality, and perform hands-on maintenance on occupied properties.

Reports to the branch construction manager. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in residential construction/maintenance, knowledge of codes, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential construction/maintenance experience or related field.
• Knowledge of building and property management codes.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and repairs to MS Renewal standards.
• Lead vendors/contractors and manage repair timelines.
• Prepare repair bids based on approved pricing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Perform repairs in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, drywall/paint, rekeying, and light carpentry.
• Travel to properties in the metro area.
