Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fielding all incoming renovation-related inquiries via telephone, emails, and website.
• Maintain accurate documentation of Quotes and Orders.
• Meet acceptable turnaround times for Quotes, Returns, and Orders.
• Review and process Return Authorizations (RGA) promptly.
• Monitor Renovation queues.
