Job summary

Chadwell Supply is hiring a Project Expeditor to work with Renovation Field Managers, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. You will gather project specs, conduct onsite visits, and coordinate with sales to begin projects efficiently.

The role requires a GED, strong communication, and the ability to travel regionally, with normal hours Monday–Friday and some outdoor work. Chadwell offers competitive benefits and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite visits to customer properties to assess project scope and measurements.
• Support Renovation Sales and customers for pre-project planning and start-up.
• Act as a customer liaison with internal departments to meet project requirements.
• Maintain understanding of Chadwell Supply inventory and services; assist with installations.
• Perform follow-up visits with customers and assist team members as needed.
