Holladay Park Plaza, a premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community in Portland, seeks a Full-Time Renovation Coordinator to manage renovation, remodeling, and capital improvement projects across the community. You will collaborate with residents, contractors, architects, designers, vendors, and leaders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes while prioritizing exceptional resident service.

• Five years of experience in construction, renovations, facilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, building systems, and project management.

• Experience maintaining records, documentation, and reports.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovation and capital improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with residents, contractors, architects, designers, vendors and leaders to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Monitor budgets, maintain records, order materials, and assist with capital planning.

Overview

Holladay Park Plaza is a premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community located in Portland's vibrant Lloyd District. We are seeking a Full-Time Renovation Coordinator to support renovation, remodeling, capital improvement, and construction projects across our community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, working with contractors and residents, and helping create beautiful living spaces while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate renovation, remodeling, painting, and capital improvement projects from planning through completion while supporting the community's master plan initiatives.
• Work closely with residents, contractors, architects, designers, vendors, and community leaders to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Monitor project budgets, maintain records and documentation, order materials and supplies, and assist with capital planning efforts.
• Oversee contractor activities, support quality control efforts, and help ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead special projects, coordinate schedules, and provide outstanding customer service throughout the renovation process.

About You

• Minimum of five years of experience in construction, renovations, facilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related building trades field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, building systems, and renovation project management.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, plans, drawings, and technical documents while communicating effectively with local agencies and contractors.
• Experience maintaining accurate records, managing project documentation, and preparing reports.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
