Job summary

Holladay Park Plaza, a premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community in Portland, seeks a Full-Time Renovation Coordinator to manage renovation, remodeling, and capital improvement projects across the community. You will collaborate with residents, contractors, architects, designers, vendors, and leaders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes while prioritizing exceptional resident service.

Ideal candidates bring at least five years of construction or facilities experience, strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in construction, renovations, facilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, building systems, and project management.
• Ability to read specifications, plans, drawings, and technical documents.
• Experience maintaining records, documentation, and reports.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovation and capital improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with residents, contractors, architects, designers, vendors and leaders to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Monitor budgets, maintain records, order materials, and assist with capital planning.
• Oversee contractor activities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead special projects and manage schedules with strong customer service.
