Job summary

United Services by Permaco, Inc. in Lake Bluff, IL seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for restoration, reconstruction, and renovation projects.

You will turn approved estimates into organized field execution, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and maintain safety and documentation on site. Strong candidates will read plans, manage multiple priorities, and ensure work meets scope, schedule, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading construction crews, tradespeople, or subcontractors.
• Working knowledge of residential or commercial construction methods, materials, building systems, and project sequencing.
• Ability to read and understand scopes of work, estimates, plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience coordinating labor, subcontractors, inspections, equipment, and material deliveries.

United Services by Permaco, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for residential and commercial restoration, reconstruction, and renovation projects. You will:

• turn approved estimates and project plans into organized, high-quality field execution;
• coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials, schedules, safety, documentation, and workmanship;
• keep the Project Management Team informed of progress and changing field conditions.

• Experience coordinating labor, subcontractors, inspections, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt when project conditions change.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Understanding of jobsite safety practices and applicable construction requirements.
• Comfort using mobile technology, project-management systems, CRM platforms, and job-documentation tools.
• Restoration, insurance-repair, or Xactimate experience is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record to be able to operate company-owned vehicles
