  • Guide customers through the restoration process as their trusted point of contact.

  • Partner with the Superintendent and production team to coordinate project scope, schedule, subcontractors, materials, documentation, and quality.

  • Monitor job costs, gross margin, customer satisfaction, payments, and project completion.

  • Participate in the company’s rotating emergency-response and on-call schedule.

Strong candidates will also bring:

  • Ability to establish credibility and earn trust quickly.

  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, project sequencing, and job costing.

  • Experience developing estimates, scopes of work, proposals, budgets, or construction contracts.

  • Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and solutions-focused when customers are experiencing property damage.

  • Strong organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and active projects.

  • Familiarity with construction estimating, project-management, and CRM software.

  • Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software is preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
