Criterion Contracting Inc. seeks an entry-level Associate Project Engineer based in Reno, NV. The role offers hands-on experience in project management and estimating and is available for 20+ hours per week in-person, with growth into a full-time position after graduation.

This role serves as a launchpad for future leaders, providing exposure to safety meetings, QA/QC, RFIs, schedules, and vendor coordination on diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety meetings.
• Create and manage punch lists.
• Support QA/QC measures per company program.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals.
• Determine labor control on projects and manage setup/maintenance.
• Support the job schedule implementation.
• Coordinate warranties and O&Ms.
• Coordinate material with purchase orders and invoicing.
