Job summary

Dynatrace LLC is seeking a Renewal Specialist to manage the entire renewal process and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other teams. You will generate quotes 120 days prior to renewal, engage customers in value discussions, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support on-time renewals.

The role requires experience with software renewals, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track the renewal process from start to finish.
• Generate and send quotes 120 days in advance meeting contractual requirements.
• Engage customers in value discussions and build stakeholder relationships for on-time renewals.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategy and sales plans.
• Provide information on quotes, reinstatements, co-termination and contract consolidations.
• Work in a team to meet deadlines across the assigned region and contribute to internal reporting.
