Job summary

Doppel builds an AI-native platform for social engineering defense, protecting executives, employees, customers, and brands from phishing, impersonation, and fraud. We are seeking a Senior Renewals Lead to build Doppel's renewals function from scratch and own the full commercial renewal lifecycle.

Design the operating model, forecasting, and workflows; drive renewals from negotiation to close; partner with CS, sales, finance, and legal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS renewals or post-sales.
• Salesforce fluency and strong commercial judgment.
• Cybersecurity or complex B2B SaaS experience.
