You will oversee cloud licensing, provisioning, and invoicing support, while collaborating with sales teams to optimize renewal outcomes. Strong analytical, communication, and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in lifecycle management, sales/licensing administration, or contract management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data for decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tracking of renewal opportunities, secure quotes, and notify sales teams.
• Cultivate and manage supplier/distributor relationships for renewals.
• Use data analytics to inform renewal decisions and identify trends.
• Measure renewal strategy effectiveness using KPIs and metrics.
• Provide guidance on cloud licensing options and renewals.
• Set up and provision cloud SaaS service accounts and licensing.
• Process renewal requests, quotes, and orders via portals.
• Track financial status of cloud license orders and assist invoicing.
