NIP Group in the United States seeks a Renewal Underwriter to service renewal accounts for property and casualty lines within our LandPro®/TreePro® programs. The role emphasizes underwriting, pricing, and servicing agents to strengthen retention and profitability.

You will develop relationships with agents, analyze risk using COPE, loss runs, and risk control reports, and collaborate with program managers to meet production goals while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in commercial P&C underwriting and multi-line rating.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with underwriting concepts and processes.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite and grow an assigned renewal book for P&C accounts.
• Review files, loss history, COPE, and risk controls to price risk.
• Cultivate productive relationships with agents and brokers.
• Support renewal retention strategies and ad-hoc duties.
