AES US Renewables & Power is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support the development of innovative renewable energy projects as a valued member of AES's Real Estate team. The team plays a critical role in advancing and financing real estate activities for solar, wind, thermal, and energy storage projects across the United States.
Reporting to a Real Estate Senior Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of energy project real estate matters. You will collaborate with a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders while contributing to projects that help shape the future of clean energy. This fast-paced position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and may include up to 10% travel, as needed. The analyst will work as part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team that includes professionals from Origination, Project Development, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Construction. You will also engage with external partners, including consultants, attorneys, surveyors, landowners, customers, project stakeholders, and utility companies, gaining broad exposure to the development lifecycle of renewable energy projects.

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $68,000 and $81,600/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes annual bonus. The benefits offered for this position are: medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (including vacation, sick leave time, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
