Job summary

Ulteig seeks a Proposal Engineer for Renewables to lead proposal development, cost estimation, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. You will coordinate intake, SOWs, and schedules while ensuring compliance with client requirements and brand standards.

You will work with Sales, Technical Services, Field Services, and Project Management to craft compelling, technically aligned responses and improve proposal tools and templates. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years in proposal development or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to organize technical information.
• Ability to work across diverse teams and manage multiple deadlines.
• Authorized to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead Renewables proposal efforts from intake to submission.
• Review RFPs and client requirements to identify gaps and compliance needs.
• Develop proposal documents, exhibits, and sales materials.
• Research, write, edit, and organize proposal content for accuracy and persuasiveness.
• Prepare PDP, manage assignments, and coordinate proposal development.
