Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Environmental Science, PM, or Business)
• PMP certification is a plus
• 3–5 years of project management experience in renewable energy or clean tech
• 1–3 years in the renewable energy industry preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex manufacturing and project timelines and budgets

Responsibilities

• Lead renewable energy project planning and execution within scope, time, and budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality control and supply chain
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications with customers and contractors
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to contract requirements
• Provide regular status updates and maintain project documentation
• Serve as post-sales main point of contact for customers
