Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, stakeholder communications, and contract oversight, with a focus on delivering complex initiatives safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years work experience in operations, technology, finance, or comparable function; utility experience preferred.
• 3 - 5 years' experience in project management and process improvement; some formal project management training preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others; strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and planning for renewable generation projects; develop solution designs and milestones.
• Drive project management across scope, schedule, cost, and resources; monitor risk and changes.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and actuals; oversee contracts and vendor relationships.
• Forecast, schedule, and manage internal and external resources; provide coaching to team members.
• Communicate project status to senior leaders and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
