Job summary

Westwood Professional Services in Englewood, CO is seeking a Project Assistant in the Renewables Division to help project managers by maintaining data integrity, documents, and best practices on billable and non-billable projects. The role offers opportunities for project management training and development.

You will manage Deltek Vantagepoint data, assist with contracts and proposals, prepare reports, and coordinate meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience and training.
Effective written communication skills.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational ability.
Capacity to manage multiple assignments independently and set priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to communicate with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate data within the Deltek Vantagepoint database system, including project set up, reporting, and auditing.
Collaborate with Corporate Services and Project Managers on contracts, proposals, and prequalifications.
Coordinate proposal production and proofread proposals and reports.
Track project performance using tools and reports as directed.
Process work orders, task orders, and statements of qualification, including tracking compliance items and finalizing signatures.
Provide document backup for invoicing and collections.
Organize stakeholder meetings, document proceedings, and follow up on action items.
Perform transmittals, printing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
Support professional staff with licensure efforts and state compliance requirements.
