Job summary

Brookfield Asset Management Inc. is seeking an entry-level Power Markets Analyst to support community solar programs, RECs, and incentives across our project portfolio.

You will coordinate registrations, maintain compliance documentation, and help track deadlines and program requirements. The role emphasizes organization, clear communication, and teamwork with internal groups and external stakeholders to maximize incentives and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of community solar programs, RECs, and solar incentive programs to support Power Markets team activities.
• Prepare, submit, and track applications for state solar incentive programs, community solar programs, and registrations.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and organized.
• Assist with onboarding new projects and coordinating registrations with state, utility, and program administrators.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and compliance updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet program deadlines.
• Communicate with utilities, program administrators, vendors, and external stakeholders regarding project status and reporting.
• Track project milestones, statuses, and incentive payments.
• Assist in REC certifications and reporting activities.
