Job summary

SunStrong Management in the United States is seeking an Incentive Program Analyst to support onboarding, administration, and ongoing management of solar incentive programs for Non Residential Portfolios. You will work closely with the Incentive Program Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance, documentation, and efficient operation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with renewable incentive programs is preferred.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and support regulatory research.
  • Experience reviewing PPAs or similar commercial contracts is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Incentive Program Manager in onboarding and managing solar incentive programs.
  • Assist with new program onboarding and creating detailed guidelines and checklists.
  • Help design and document sustainable processes for incentive management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and with Rebate Authorities/Administrators.
  • Monitor program changes and assess impact on operations and finances.
  • Review PPAs and related contracts to assess incentive structuring and compliance.
  • Support timely completion of program compliance requirements.
  • Compile and analyze results data to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Maintain incentive policies and process maps; keep documentation up to date.
  • Assist with other duties to support team objectives.
