Job summary

Greenvolt is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to join our U.S. team, supporting project finance and M&A activities in the renewable energy sector.

You will build financial models, conduct due diligence, and prepare materials for internal investment committees and senior management approvals. Working closely with senior team members, you will analyze acquisitions, financings, and partnerships, coordinate inputs across technical, legal, and commercial workstreams, and help track

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project finance, investment banking, or related field (renewable energy preferred).
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong Excel-based analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Experience supporting M&A or project finance transactions through diligence and closing.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills; distill analyses clearly.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of wind/solar/storage a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and audit project- and portfolio-level financial models for acquisitions, financings, and greenfield projects.
• Conduct valuation, cash flow projections, and scenario/sensitivity analyses.
• Assist in origination, evaluation, and execution of acquisition opportunities in renewables.
• Assist with due diligence for acquisitions and investments, coordinating inputs from technical, legal, and commercial workstreams.
• Prepare presentations, memos, and investment packages for internal approvals.
• Support structuring and execution of debt and tax equity financings under senior team guidance.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and policy developments to inform decisions.
• Help track and organize documentation for transactions and financing processes.
