Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy in the United States is seeking a Lucy- Laborer Renewables (Non-driver) to support the construction and maintenance of renewable energy projects. You will assist skilled trades, prepare worksites, and maintain a safe, efficient job site without driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities include assembling and installing solar panels and wind components, cleaning and organizing sites, digging trenches, handling materials, and following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a construction or industrial labor role is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly and installation of solar panels, wind turbine components, and other renewable energy infrastructure.
• Perform general site cleanup and organization, including debris removal, sweeping, and material handling.
• Dig trenches, excavate foundations, and prepare ground for construction activities using hand tools.
• Load and unload materials and equipment, moving them to designated areas on the job site.
• Operate small hand tools and power tools as directed and trained.
• Follow all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Support skilled craftspeople (e.g., electricians, carpenters, ironworkers) with various tasks.
• Assist with the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and equipment.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
