BUILD Renewables LLC is seeking a Field Engineer to support the Project Management and Operations team on nationwide solar and energy storage EPC projects. You will interact with clients and subcontractors to ensure clear communication, safety, and project progress.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 1 year renewable energy experience preferred. Proficiency in Procore/AutoCAD and MS Office is desired; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in construction, Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• One year of renewable energy project experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, Outlook; knowledge of Procore and Auto CAD desired.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize workload.
• Strong written and spoken communication with all levels of personnel, clients, and subcontractors.
• Problem solving and analytical skills; attention to detail and urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety compliance and promote wellbeing of the team.
• Coordinate work of subcontractors and host on site.
• Validate field quantities in line with project progress.
• Confirm materials, tools, and supplies meet contract/design specs.
• Develop work plans and procedures for job tasks.
• Plan subtasks and lead meetings with Operations team and client.
• Review as-built drawings and communicate changes as needed.
• Oversee calibration schedule for equipment/tools; coordinate with Logistics.
• Support QA, Superintendents and Foreman with field questions.
• Work with Procurement/Logistics to ensure incoming quality and delivery.
• Collaborate with Quality Manager on root-cause analysis.
• Send RFIs to client and perform other duties as assigned.
