Job summary

The Boldt Company, a Renewable energy leader in Appleton, WI, is seeking an Estimating Manager to guide projects and people from preconstruction through constructability. You will mentor a team of 4–5 estimators and partner with project executives to ensure sound strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years leading estimating on complex EPC/design-build projects, renewable energy preferred.
• 5+ years leading and developing estimating/preconstruction teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewable energy estimates from preconstruction through constructability.
• Oversee a team of 4–5 estimators; mentor and develop talent.
• Collaborate with Project Executives and operations leaders to reflect sound strategy.
• Ensure estimates reflect financial accountability and real-world execution.
