Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Tiger Team Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and maintenance for an assigned renewable energy facility or shift. The role supervises technicians and contractors, coordinates maintenance, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance across wind, solar, and energy storage systems.

The ideal candidate has practical renewable energy O&M experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and proven ability to coach a frontline technical team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in O&M; prior lead or informal supervisory experience preferred.
• Up to 50% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities within the unit/shift to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules within area to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machinery performance and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Directly supervise and mentor maintenance staff and technicians.
• Oversee day-to-day contractor activity on-site ensuring safety, timelines, and quality.
