Qualifications

• Previous construction/industrial labor preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly and installation of solar panels and wind components.
• General site cleanup and organization, debris removal, sweeping, material handling.
• Dig trenches, excavate foundations, and prepare ground for construction with hand tools.
• Load and unload materials and equipment, moving them to designated areas on site.
• Operate small hand tools and power tools as directed.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, ironworkers) with tasks.
• Assist with setup and dismantling of temporary structures and equipment.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
