Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking an Audit Manager to lead attestation engagements for renewable energy clients. This role emphasizes supervision of staff, strengthening client relationships, and increasing profitability with minimal supervision.

The manager will focus on GAAP-based audits within the Firm's Tax/Audit practice, guiding engagements, mentoring teams, and supporting business development efforts across client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 5–8 years in public accounting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and US auditing standards expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements, planning, staffing, timing and decisions.
• Conduct engagement reviews and supervise staff and seniors.
• Assist Principals and Partners with new client development.
• Grow client relationships with professionalism and service.
• Support training and development; improve profitability.
