The Role:

I am working with a law firm focusing exclusively on the legal needs of renewable energy project developers and cleantech companies. We are looking for attorneys specializing in solar, wind, BESS, energy storage, or geothermal projects. You will need to structure renewable deals, agreements such as PPA, and real estate agreements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own book of business
  • Collaborate with developers, financiers, manufacturers, and entrepreneurs on renewable energy projects
  • Structure deals and work on renewable documentation such as PPA, LTSA, EPC contracts, etc.
  • 7+ years of renewables experience
  • Strong business development experience is a huge plus
