Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sustainability or related discipline and 5–8 years of experience.
• Knowledge in energy markets structures, state and federal energy law, and local regulations.
• Experience with renewable energy, preferred solar experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.).
• Ability to present complex topics to diverse audiences and write clear proposals and reports.
• Ability to read tariffs and regulatory orders and interpret regulations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and translate data needs into actionable reporting tied to compliance and performance.
• Develop and manage program/product plans with budgets and performance metrics.
• Manage vendor services, procurement, reporting, and budgeting.
• Represent the organization in regulatory interactions and industry groups.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure program satisfaction.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
