United Illuminating is seeking a Customer Programs & Products Manager to lead data analytics, BI development and daily program operations in CT. The role drives growth and profitability of residential renewable energy offerings while navigating regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities span stakeholder engagement, program planning, budget oversight, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in energy markets, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sustainability or related discipline and 5–8 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge in energy markets structures, state and federal energy law, and local regulations.
Experience with renewable energy; solar experience preferred.
Strong analytical, communication and problem solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar business tools.

Responsibilities

Data analytics and BI: develop dashboards and reports to inform program performance.
Manage budgets, oversee programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
Engage stakeholders including regulators, municipalities and industry groups.
Resolve customer issues and drive service improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and profitability.
