Job summary

DTI (Diversified Technology Inc.) is seeking an Inventory Management & Project Coordinator to oversee inventory control for renewable assets, including solar facilities and BESS. The role focuses on procurement, warehousing, auditing, reporting, and material control across multiple sites.

The position also provides project coordination support for small-scale initiatives and operations improvements, with travel required up to 50% to various renewable sites and facilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, supply chain, maintenance planning, or renewable operations.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Experience supporting power generation, industrial maintenance, renewable energy, or utility operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts, consumables, tools, and critical equipment.
• Manage inventory transactions: receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, returns.
• Monitor stock levels and establish reorder points to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate storage and distribution across renewable sites.
• Lead annual and cycle inventory audits.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports for Renewable Operations leadership.
• Support project coordination for small-scale initiatives.
