Job summary

DTI (Diversified Technology Inc.) is seeking an Inventory Management & Project Coordinator to optimize inventory supporting renewable energy assets, including solar facilities, BESS, substations and BOP equipment. Approximately 90% of the role focuses on inventory control, with 10% on project coordination.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3+ years in inventory management, SAP/ERP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel about 50% across sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–3+ years in inventory management, warehouse operations, or renewables.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Power generation/utility/renewable energy experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts, consumables, tools, and critical equipment.
• Manage inventory transactions: receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, returns.
• Coordinate with sites for receipt, storage, distribution, and transfers.
• Track serialized/high-value components for warranties and asset traceability.
• Prepare monthly inventory and material management reports.
• Develop inventory procedures and best practices.
• Track small-scale projects and support stakeholder communications.
