Job summary

Terreva Renewables, based in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Project Engineer to support RNG project lifecycle from development through operations. You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and host facilities on design, construction, and commissioning activities.

The role requires a mechanical/chemical/electrical/environmental engineering background with 2–5 years in related fields. Experience in RNG or energy infra is preferred; EIT/PE a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 2–5 years in project engineering, process engineering or construction support.
• Experience in RNG, biogas, landfill gas, or energy infra preferred.
• EIT/PE license preferred but not required.
• OSHA safety training or similar construction safety credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering support across RNG project lifecycle.
• Review PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, layouts, and utility needs.
• Assist with technology evaluations for upgrading systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Support commissioning, startup, and handover to operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and safety standards.
• Track deliverables and changes to support project execution.
• Provide field-based troubleshooting and data analysis.
