Job summary

Christianson PLLP is seeking a Remote Energy Compliance Auditor to perform attestation engagements and assess regulatory compliance for renewable fuels clients. The role involves data collection, analysis, and evaluating EPA RFS and LCFS programs while developing audit and verification procedures.

You’ll collaborate with staff and clients, contribute to business development, and help design solutions to regulatory challenges. Requires 3+ years in Renewable Fuels and LCFS verifier accreditation.

Qualifications

• A 2 or 4-year degree in business, accounting, financial, management, or related field preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience with Renewable Fuels.
• Accredited LCFS Lead Verifier.
• Strong in problem-solving, analytical skills, and detail-oriented approach.
• Able to communicate professionally with clients and staff.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); intermediate Excel suggested.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Prepare attestation engagements and audit reports.
• Collect and analyze data to determine compliance with regulations.
• Understand and monitor EPA RFS and LCFS regulations.
• Validate paths under the Renewable Fuels Standard Quality Assurance Program.
• Research new regulations and summarize their impact on renewable fuels programs.
• Represent the firm professionally in client communications.
