Job summary

Christianson PLLP seeks an Energy Compliance Auditor to perform attestation engagements and assess regulatory compliance for renewable fuels. You will research and summarize regulatory programs and help develop audit and verification programs.

Location is remote with standard CST hours; 3+ years in renewable fuels and LCFS verification are preferred. Strong data analysis, communication skills, and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• A 2- or 4-year degree in business, accounting, finance, management or related field preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience with Renewable Fuels.
• Accredited LCFS Lead Verifier status is required or preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with clients and staff; able to work independently or with a team.
• Legally authorized to work in the US; proficient with Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare attestation engagements and audit reports with agreed procedures.
• Collect and analyze data from renewable fuel facilities to verify regulatory compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of EPA RFS and LCFS regulations and updates.
• Validate pathways under the Quality Assurance Program for Renewable Fuels.
• Research new regulations and summarize their impact on compliance programs.
• Represent the firm professionally to clients and coordinate with staff and management.
