Job summary

ABB Inc. seeks a Maintenance Service professional in the Western US (Arizona) to support ABB equipment such as PV inverters and BESS, reporting to the Service Manager.

The role requires up to 80% travel, coordinating with contractors and technicians to keep jobs on schedule while ensuring proper training and tool availability. You will maintain records, oversee technician activities, and ensure customer satisfaction with field service quality on renewable energy projects.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 5+ years' experience in the Maintenance Service sector, including Renewable Energy Projects or other energy related operations and maintenance industries preferred.
• Must possess knowledge of EH&S regulations required for Technicians to work on solar farms.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, and must be able to travel and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide Remote/Local technical support to customers, contractors and technicians to resolve incidents for ABB equipment portfolio.
• Coordinate with contractors and technicians to ensure jobs are staffed appropriately and documented.
• Maintain daily communication with technicians to resolve issues and coordinate with contractors.
