Qualifications

• BS degree in electrical engineering or a similar field.
• At least three years of electrical power systems engineering experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline project teams.
• Professional Engineer registration in Wisconsin preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractors through design, engineering, and construction phases for solar, wind, storage, and microgrid projects.
• Develop work breakdown structures and align contractor schedules.
• Coordinate internal resources with contractors and subcontractors.
• Design and construct interconnection facilities and SCADA/communication systems.
• Support regulatory reviews and permit processes.
• Maintain and manage existing renewables, including O&M contracts.
• Research new technologies for communications and controls.
