Job summary

SD OpCO LLC is seeking a Warehouse, Inventory and Lab Technician in Dell Rapids, SD. The role supports warehouse, lab analyses, and data recording to ensure reliable operations in a renewable energy facility.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in related work, strong organization, and computer skills. On-site position with safety-focused environment; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of experience in warehouse operations, laboratory work, manufacturing, agriculture, or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance, operational, and laboratory supplies.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Collect and label samples and perform routine laboratory testing.
• Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory logs.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and cleanliness.
• Assist plant personnel with operational monitoring and data collection.
• Participate in facility inspections and safety programs.
• Follow all safety policies and dispose of chemicals properly.
