RNWBL-Gearbox Express in Mukwonago, WI is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Technician to support assembly teams and manage inventory. You will pick, stage, and ship material, operate safe handling equipment, and maintain accurate records in Sage 500 ERP.

This role emphasizes quality, safety, and efficient material flow in a fast-paced renewable-energy warehouse. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior forklift operation experience and familiarity with hand/power tools required.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for occasional local deliveries.
• Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and safety; good time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pick, and stage material for technicians.
• Perform system transactions, inventory tracking, cycle counts, and receiving reports in Sage 500 ERP.
• Receive and ship large-scale goods.
• Uncrate, package, consolidate, and store material in designated bin locations.
• Prepare outgoing shipments including gearboxes, shafts, and palletized components.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (cranes, forklifts, hand tools).
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with material pickup/delivery to local suppliers.
