Job summary

AKS Engineering & Forestry, LLC in the Phoenix area seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to join our energy and infrastructure teams. This on-site role collaborates with project managers, construction managers, contractors and clients to develop and maintain schedules for large renewable projects.

You will build schedules in Primavera P6, track progress, analyze variances, prepare reports, and develop look‑ahead and recovery plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling or controls.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Projects.
• On-site presence in Phoenix area ~3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large energy projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, contractors and clients.
• Create schedules using Primavera P6 with logic and milestones.
• Track progress and identify variances and risks.
• Prepare schedule reports and narratives for leadership.
• Travel to project sites as needed to support teams.
