Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our growing team. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules for large renewable energy projects, working with project managers, construction managers, and contractors to ensure on-time performance.

The role requires Primavera P6 and MS Project proficiency, CPM scheduling expertise, and strong coordination with field teams. The position is on-site about three days per week in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling or controls
• Experience in renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, logic, milestones, and critical path
• Proven ability to coordinate with project managers, construction managers, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects
• Work with project managers, construction managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to track progress and reflect field conditions in schedules
• Build and maintain schedules using Primavera P6 with activity logic, relationships, milestones, constraints, and critical path
• Track progress against baselines and identify variances, delays and impacts to milestones
• Develop look-ahead schedules and recovery plans when schedules slip
• Prepare schedule reports, narratives, and other project controls information for leadership and clients
• Travel to project sites as needed to support schedule progress
