Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules for large-scale renewable energy projects. You will collaborate with project managers, construction managers, contractors, and clients to reflect field progress and milestones.

The role is on-site about three days per week in the Phoenix area. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, CPM scheduling, and field-aware scheduling are required for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project scheduling or controls for energy or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with large-scale renewable energy projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for large-scale energy projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, contractors, and clients to reflect field progress.
• Build and maintain schedules using Primavera P6 with logic, milestones, and critical path.
• Track progress vs baseline and identify variances and risks to milestones.
• Analyze critical path activities and forecast schedule impacts of changes.
• Review contractor schedules and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare schedule reports and narratives for leadership and clients.
• Travel to project sites as needed to validate progress and support teams.
