• Drafting primary deal documents including purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements (including tax equity), financing agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; deadline-driven.
• Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where you will sit.

• Assist in forming and financing structures for energy projects.
• Collaborate with sponsors, investors, developers and lenders to close transactions.
