Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership in good standing; ability to gain admission where required.
• Three to five years of debt and tax equity project finance and M&A experience at a major law firm or equivalent, with renewables exposure.
• Experience supporting transactions, managing timelines, and facilitating closings.
• Familiarity with tax equity structures and partnership tax concepts; knowledge of market terms for project financing documents.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and project management skills; team-oriented and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and term debt facilities and tax equity monetization transactions for renewable energy clients.
• Support financing transactions, acquisitions, and joint ventures of projects and platforms.
• Draft financing agreements, security documents, tax equity partnership agreements, and related documents.
• Execute due diligence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interface with clients from term sheet to closing.
