Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline; equivalent experience accepted.
• Experience in renewable energy including solar, wind, or storage.
• Understand renewable energy project design and operation.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple technical workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Proactive approach with attention to detail and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering design activities with internal teams, engineering consultants, EPC contractors, and other external partners.
• Support preliminary plant design, layouts, energy assessments, single-line diagrams, equipment selection, optimization, and cost estimation.
• Manage technical studies and engineering deliverables across geotechnical, geophysical, hydrology, civil, electrical, structural, and SCADA scopes; focus on safety and quality.
• Identify technical risks and support due diligence, permitting, interconnection, procurement, contracting, and project development activities.
• Review engineering designs and design packages (30%, 60%, 90%, IFC, as-built).
• Support construction and commissioning by addressing engineering matters, design changes, quality and performance documentation, and root-cause analysis.
